CLEARLY NOT INTERESTED IN PAYMENT

I recently found out that an old loan I had taken out years ago has not been paid by my ex-husband. I want to make payment to get rid of this yet NO ONE can tell me what details to use to do it! I have been into Kenilworth branch, I have emailed the consultant numerous time to which he rep**** maybe twice now he ignores me, I have called the head office a few times, I have called collections and recovery, I have lodged a complaint with no response. I have emailed the action line a few times and always get the run around! I am about to be handed over to lawyers and then will have to pay their fees as well but no one cares if its not them! All I want is to pay ABSA yet their employees arent interested!!! What must I do still to get some assistance to to GIVE YOUR business money?!?!?!?!?
