Claims delay

Good day

2 weeks back i submitted a claim on home contents. Yesterday i contacted activate by absa claims department to find out whats happening with my claim as the assesor already visited my house to check the problem after 3days after i submitted my claim. The report was send to the insurance they never filed it until i contacted them yesterday . Yesterday i was told to call them again today for feedback. I called them now still no feedback. What is covered under home contents?
