Claim to be paid out

I can not believe that it takes months to finalize a payout claim on a provident fund.<br> I phone *** weekly to get a payment date and get the run-around every time {the person working with it is still busy}. Once i was told by a consultant the monies would be paid out five days ago. still nothing. Also there doesn't seem to be any managers working at ABSA as it is impossible to get a hold of one. please assist with a written conformation of payout date as i have plans for the monies.<br> Thank you<br>
