CLAIM SUBMITTED
three months ago our front gate was damaged we submitted a claim to ABSA all the necessary documentation was completed but yet they still not coming back Emailed them continuously requesting the front gate to be repaired they just ignore our emails <br> <br> I have threaten them that I will not pay my bond until this has been repaired and also have contacted the UMBudsman but still waiting for response so that I can lay an official complain against them<br> <br> regards<br> johann
