Claim:Private Security Sector Provident Fund
I am utterly disgusted at the service received from Absa consultants and actuaries, namely Godfrey Motshwari.
Since I cannot hold them accountable for the lack of information at the company (my ex-husband's current employer), I have to inform you that I have noted that it is quite difficult to claim against this Private Security Sector's Provident fund due to inconsistent information and general lack of accountability.
For me to have received an email today advising that their legal team requires a variation to the Divorce Order to align with s37D of the PFA, is a complete slap in the face when the two amendments/variations I already submitted was: a) for this exact purpose b) based on Absa's required changes.
Additionally to be advised that they are still waiting for confirmation on what that variation needs to be, for it to align is quite unacceptable! Could they have not sought clarity on that before making me run around getting the requested amendments, that meant nothing?
It has taken since the 7th of April to get the exact requirements needed from them and this after numerous follow-ups, 2 amendments to my court order lead me to the conclusion that they are ***********.
