CLAIM NR ***7*001*001
I WAS GIVEN AN AMOUNT OF R2250 TO PAY AS ACCESS ON MY DAMAGED VEHICLE. I AM INSURED WITH ABSA INDIRECT INSURANCE. I WAS THEN ASKED BY GUGU NKOSI WHO MY PREVIOUS INSURANCE COMPANY WAS. I COULD NOT REMEMBER AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT IF I CAN NOT DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION I WILL BE PENALISED AND I WILL NOW HAVE TO PAY R4990.68 ACCESS.
