claim not fully attended to and monies not paid

Dear hello peters. <br> My house was broken into on the July 05 2015. I reported the claim to absa insurance and I was given claim number no. *** on the July 06 2015. I was told they will send an assessor but I found a contractor instead. Then the contractor started his work and never finished and said he finished. I first reported them to hello peters who assigned another advisor. The new advisor Marietjie after so much debate and disagreement agreed to send an assessor. Afterwhich she said it better to pay out. And that i should send my invoice for the security i was paying to keep our house safe. We paid security from the 05 July till August 31. And paid to the security company 800 rand per night for those days. Now Absa insurance claim they will only pay 3000 as per their rate and with or without my consent they will close my claim file. Now I find it so absurd. How can I be treated with prejudice. My claim was abandoned and I was its ok to send my security invoice. And now they can only pay 3000 rand out of over 30000 rand I paid for security guard. This is unacceptable. My house is still left unattended to. And they force me to accept their settlement figure. Please help.
