I have Logged an Claim No ********** with ABSA Insurance Compony for an claim to my House that was damage due to a Water Pipe that burst. After registering and getting a claim number no action was taken - I have send about ten e mails and made several calls to different ABSA Insurance Compony Call Centre Individuals with no reply?? After 14 days an ABSA Insurance Compony Call Centre Individuals did make contact with me by e mail to kick start the process again - No repairs done yet almost 20 days after the damage occurs - It is disappointing to get such a poor service form ABSA Insurance Compony.
