CLAIM IS NOT BEING RESOLVED
I have been calling Absa regarding my ceiling which looks like its about to fall on my head anytime. They never follow up and now they want to pay the claim out into my account, I told them they need to send their contractors out as I do not know of any persons that can repair the ceilings and since my house is still covered under the insurance they need to sort this out!!!
