Claim gets declined and the other never have feedback.

<p>My swimming pool is cracked. We have repeatedly tried to mend it at our own cost. I was advised my an insurnce agent to put in a caim. At the same time we had workers diging on the pavement for water pipes and fibre and due to all the movement, my perimeter wall started leaning- also been mended and patched as we went along.</p> <p>So the pool is declined- we are on clay. YES you knew that when you came to value the porperty fro HOC. AND you added land slip and subsidence on my policy....and I have been paying since my bond inception in 2006...how can you in all honesty take money for land slip and subsidence and knowing I am on clay exclude that? ANYTHING that happens to my house- the cracks etc will be as a result of the soil movement BECAUSE I AM ON CLAY!!!</p> <p>You should define clay- how many parts per million in my soil will be condsidered clay? Did you do a soil test or do you just treat everyone like they stupid and for the full term of the bond we will pay what we will never be covered for?? Shame on you. You lie and ***** from people and get away with it. You pay huge bank bonuses to your management....from my premiums.</p> <p>AND</p> <p> I have been asking for feedback on my second claim which is the perimeter wall and not a soul has come back t me. REALLY? your customer service is non-exitant and you are a bunch of ******.</p> <p>I suppose that too is declined...BECAUSE I AM ON CLAY- SURPRISE SURPRISE!</p> <p>I am looking into switching my bond and changing HOC providers.</p> <p>My orginal bond was with Sanlam Home loans and they sold out to you....very poor show and its no wonder you have more BAD reviews than any other bank . </p>
