I submitted a claim *** and after 3 months I got feedback, only to find out its declined. You pay insurance but when it comes to claims there's always issues. The last claim ABSA contractors worked at my property, I was not evens happy with the job, did signed anything but still they got paid. Complaint about it nothing happened. Now 3 years later more stories without assisting. We all know the weather in Gauteng can become an issue, so why have insurance with ABSA, when it comes to claims. The best of all, they get paid in advance. I advice everyone to stay away from ABSA homeowners insurance . It is a rip-off. We all pay insurance for a reason not to get excuses.
