Claim concluded based on speculations

My claim was concluded with non-valid reasons. In the conclusion the consultant indicated that I was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident and that my previous insurer cancelled my policy with them because I was 'high risk'. When asked for proof of all this, the lady could not provide it. Whereas I have proof that I was not drunk while driving, the police report CLEARLY states that there was no suspicion of alcohol and no tests were conducted. The Dr. also confirmed this, and there is nothing of the sort in his report.

I find it funny that Absa would be so brave as to expect me to allow them to fool me. How can the claim be concluded with no evidence to support the conclusion? What sort of business is Absa running? Lying and making up stories so as to avoid settling claims fairly? I will not be taking this lying down. I have sent a complaint email to their complaints department regarding the claim result on June 17th and have not received a response yet or an acknowledgement of receipt of my email.
