Claim against building insurance

I have a boarder wall that is starting to fall over, it is dangerous as both myself and my next door Nabors has children that is always playing on the properties, I have laid a claim against my ABSA building insurance but this was rejected on the grounds that the reason for the wall going over was that it was higher than originally planned, the walls height was altered afterwards by the previous owners. on application for our bond at ABSA, they have send out assessors to evaluate their property and this included the boarder wall, all was approved, now the wall is a problem for them.

I feel that this is just a way of getting the customers to pay for insurance and ripping us off without paying for valid claims that is made against something the I am actually paying for.

I see this as fraught, I am paying for a service that when I need it, it should be available, not some lame excuses.

Claim number - ***
