Claim

@Absa activate car insurance, worst and pathethic car insurance company, i lodged a claim three weeks back. I was involved in an accident and i submitted the claim the following day. An assessor was appointed by them and the car was assessed and after that no responses or feedback received, made numerous calls of which you wait for more than 20 minutes before you attended. Today when i called was told they haven't received my premium. I have proof of the debit order that went through. Absa has been playing hide and seek and their service is very pathetic, would never recommend anyone to use their services, till this day my car is still not fixed and i cant even drive the car anymore because the bumper is getting worse. If there was 0 rating i would give it to them they dont even deserve this 1 star rating🤬🤬
