Claim for a ceiling was submitted on the 2nd October 2018 and 9 days later still no answer. The ceiling damaged is in my ADOPTED grandson's room, whom is a paraplegic. This was explained to the claims department. He has a need that everything in his room needs to be sterilized and currently, after 9 days, there is still a hole in the ceiling and all the dust blows in. PATHETIC.
