I registered this claim on 20 October 2016. Assessors went to the property to assess the damage. I have been overseas since 08 November 2015, and have been trying to find out what is happening with this claim. I have had a friend telephone and e-mail, and she has heard nothing from ABSA. I have sent an sms message, and have e-mailed the \adminhoc". I spent 90 minutes calling the call centre on 25 January 2016"
