Chop and change interest rate - home loan

<p>ABSA had increased the rate on my home loan by 1% as from 1st July. I was not informed of this and never accepted this adjusted rate. The company I work for has changed its name and according to ABSA I now work for a different company, hence the worse rate. When taking out this loan in 2015, I was never infromed that I get a certain rate because of the company I work for. Anyway, after many calls and emails to and from Carmen Napoleon it has not been rectified. The last call was on 12 July from her telling me that the rate will be reverted and she will send me the quote likely "that afternoon". 6 days later and nothin.......</p> <p>ABSA should now refund me for the extra money taken on 1 July and change my rate back.</p>
