Chip Declined

I tried using my bank card just to find it says Chip Declined, go to bank yesterday to get it sorted out and Ursela assisted in Customer service and explained the chip is blocked and fixed it just to test I use the ATM outside the bank and drew money which then it was fixed an hour later standing in a long line to pay for goods just to find the embarrassment of the card doing the same thing. Now I have my card with money in have to walk to work and cant buy anything due to me not being able to use my card must I change my bank as there is nothing prosper about using ABSA.<br> <br> I refuse to go back into the bank to get this sorted out and I would like to get the block off so I can get access to my money.
