Cheque account false information

ABSA consulted gave me inaccurate information and false advertising I went to Ferndale Randburg to open a saving account and he told me that cheque is the cheapest I will only pay R65 for all my monthly charges, now there is R66 Admin Fee, R23 Absa rewards fee and the R77 plus that R100 for unauthorized DR balance R66. I was never aware of all this. Been using absa saving acc all my life and now I'm failing to keep up I can't afford the cheque acc it takes off my son Grant money. Today my current balance was R460 n not -R460 but my sister sent me R100 for transport to school i can't withdraw it you guys took it. Can you all switch me back to saving acc or close it I will move to another affordable bank for poor people like me
