Checkers 60min and ABSA don't want to take of hold from credit card !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so frustrated with Checkers60min and ABSA. There is a hold on my Creditcard now from the 15th of Oct. and they put the order on my credit cards for the goods. (so you can say it's twice from my credit card) I phone Checkers they say they can't take the hold off - I need to phone the bank - the bank say now Checkers must contact them to tell them it was one order and not 2 to take the one hold off. I want to scream because the whole time it just excuses and nobody want to fix the problem. They need to sort it out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now how must I get my money / hold of my credit card !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
