Check your records

ABSA Credit Card is really starting to annoy me regarding payment to a credit card. I received this email threatening me with legal action despite payment on the amount agreed upon.

I have also tried to contact them regarding this SMS but no answer on the number ***.

Can't they just look at there records and see its been paid. I am so sick and tired of large banks being so ***********. And don't let me start on there vehicle finance department.
