Cheated out of Rewards?

I have enquired with your Absa rewards as to why I did not get rewards for transactions in December? a month later that are still waiting for a reply from ABSA AVAF if my account was in arrears.

So help me out here,you cannot get your own division to give you a reply in a month for a transaction that happened in December?Really now.last time I checked I was paying for membership

While we are there why are we still paying for rewards while some other Banks rewards are free.....We will never prosper mos?

Now I am resorting to this platform because a month is too long really
