Chatwallet ****

I writing this with regards to the absa chatwallet. This thing operates like a **** as nothing is clear, at first you go around in circles when you have to login and have to reset the password multiple times. I had a bad experience and they don't even show the amount available and refuse to make you withdraw the money that already belongs to you. A friend send me R1000 and I tried to withdraw 500 it plainly refused saying can't process at the moment and it was an emergency. I need help in removing my details from this bank as I won't be doing any business whatsoever with it going forward..
