ChatBanking feature not working on new cellphone

My ChatBanking (WhatsApp Banking) is not working like it was on my new mobile device. When I called in I was told someone would be in touch ....but no-one has been in touch...

The biggest reason I like ChatBanking is the Mini Credit Report feature which is an extremely useful tool if you just want to view your credit score.

This feature is no longer working and keeps on returning an error message thats says that "we do not have enough information to retrieve your mini credit report'.
