Chat wallet money missing.
I did a cash sent on my banking app today and Absa has changed it to Chat wallet. The money was deducted from my account but the sms was never received to withdraw the cash.There is no option to cancel it nor can I find out where my money is. Rediculous. Why did it change from the standard way to do cash sent???? No help on the WhatsApp either keep giving me an error message after doing info and selfie.
