Chat wallet clearly does not work!! And neither does the call centre

Pathetic service!!! 28 minutes on a phone to try retrieve a chat wallet of R150 because the system keeps saying error try again and then they tell you to go in to a branch. Petrol is more than R150. Will NEVER USE ABSA FOR ANY BANKING AGAIN. I just saw 100s of the same complaint over the internet . Why isnt Absa fixing this??? Why can you guys not just follow the fnb ewallet model of retrieving your money?? Now I have to drive 50 minutes from my house to get R150. IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. I would've left the money but will go in to branch on principle of not letting Absa get away with this
