The 1st cash withdrawal using Chat Wallet is free for the month and thereafter should there be other Chat Wallet transactions made on the same month the charges are R9.99. This is the reason why you are unable to withdraw the whole R50.00 but you can only get R40.00. The Pricing brochure was also sent to you by one of my colleagues Rezona Louw. We extend our unconditional apology for the inconvenience caused as this is not aligned with Absa Bank’s service theme of customer-centricity. Trust that you find the above in order and confirm we are closing our file herein.
