Charging Monthly Fee all of a sudden

Hi<br> <br> I am on a rebate option, I have been on it for 5 years now.<br> I checked my statement and all of a sudden I have been charged a monthly fee of R33.00.<br> Please reverse this immediately, as this is not ment to be coming off my account.<br> I was looking at getting household insurance with you but now I am not so sure as I will have to constantly check that random amounts aren't being deducted.<br> <br> Thanks.
