Charging me extra fees

<p>I cancelled my credit card. I paid the full settlement amount. They are still sending me statements indicating that I owe them something. But the consultant over the phone requested that I settle my outstanding amount before she can close the account , and so I did. Where do these new fees come from?? This is a problem for me.</p>
