Charging for things I didn't do. Ridiculous

Absa is constantly charging me for things I did not do for nearly 7 months. I went in to the Tygervalley branch and Tyger manor branch on numerous occasions and most of time the lines were long because they only had one consultant. About 4 weeks ago, I finally managed to speak to a consultant, her name is Candice. She called only to be told that I was charged these fees for getting statements in the brach, which I never did to begin with. I didn't have the time to sit there to hear their lame excuses so I just left because I had to get to work. Last week I went to the Tygervalley branch again because I wanted to downgrade my account because I am sick and tired of getting charged ridiculous admin fees for things I didn't even do. I was assisted by Tarryn, and absa can thank their lucky stars that this amazing lady works for them. She gave outstanding service and she was such a breath of fresh air after struggling with this issue for months. Absa should be ashamed of themselves, taking money from people for things they didn't do.
