Charging Admin Fee from June

I have just noticed I have been charged an admin fee from June.<br> And it seems to be charged on the first of the month and it is random amounts.<br> What is this for??<br> I am on the rebate option this should not be happening and I keep my balance above the amount it needs to be.<br> Please let me know what is going on. This better not come off on the 1st of August and that money that was taken off better be given back. <br> Also a random cash deposit fee was charged on the 1 June took place.
