CHARGES STATEMENT PLEASE!!
I have not been receiving my charges statement and I see strange deductions on my account every month. When i call the call center I get inconsistent answers that do not really mean anything to me. its like I am talking to a robot with text book answers. Who can give me straight answers if i ask like for instance, "why was this R100 deducted from my account." Then i get a straight answer which explains why that amount was deducted and i avoid doing the same transaction and save the little money i have. Times are hard and those deductions are not making life any easier.
