Charges not explained

<p>Hi i opened a savings account recently and was told the monthly fees was R16.</p> <p>on the 1st of July internet services fees went off of R216 then on the 5th R58.30 went off for notifications why would i want to pay almost R300.00 for charges for a savings account? no one explained this extra charges to me and i think it is unaaceptable that this was deducted without my knowledge and i am absolutley not happy as this was the reason i took this account as monthly was only R16.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I WANT THIS SORTED OUT AS I REFUSE TO PAY R300.00 A MONTH FOR CHARGES ON A SAVINGS ACCOUNT.</p> <p> </p>
