Charged interest on my account without notifying

hi there, i have been disappointed with virgin card service, since they charged interest on my account with out sending my statement, i even called the guys regarding my statement which they failed to send.<br> with this damn bad service how would you guys expect to continue using your service, i am utterly disappointed and would like to close my account with you guys.....veryvery bad service
