Charged interest for a closed account
Settled an account earlier than expected with Absa and they have the nerve to charge me interest cause I paid earlier and not the date I said i was going to pay the account. This is freaking ridiculous, in this day of technology a client has to call in and to confirm that the account is closed?
Please close the account, send me proof account is closed and stop charging me interest.
