charged for non existent will

A number of years ago I cancelled my will with Absa. I was debited now for R100 for a non existent will. Probably has been charged for the other years as well. I need Absa to check their records and re-imburse all monies taken from my account on an annual basis for a will that was cacancelled long ago. My ex husband may still have a will with Absa but we got divorced in 2008 and if that is the case they need to subtract the money from his account. I did email the trust department but received no response.
