Charged for ABSA Online For Business when IT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE

ABSA Enterprise Bankers are unable to discriminate between "transactional fees" and "internet banking fees", even though "internet banking" forms part of your business package, according to the "banker" assigned to my account, you get charged every time you log into your banking.

This is the response from my "learned business banker":

**Kindly note Internet bank fees are relates to all the transactions that you did online. Yes internet banking is for free. Just like when you go in the branch and transact. The transaction will read “branch transfer or cash withdrawal”.

Depending on the type of transactions you did in the branch.

Hence they show you all the transactions that you did on the internet. These charges will vary depending on the many times you went in viewed or printed.**
