Charged Fee for unsufficient funds

<p>This is so unfair.</p> <p>I was caught unaware. ABSA will ot catch me again.</p> <p>I was wondering about the ones who are poor.</p> <p>Not only don't they have money but their VERY BANK comes and loots them.</p> <p> </p>
