Charged banking fees twice in one month
I was at the The Grove Branch of Absa on the 11th of February 2021 to downgrade my cheque account from premier. Today I saw transaction fees of R67.42 and R32 from my account that was taken from my cheque account on the 12th February. I already paid admin fees and the monthly account fees this month. How can I be charge twice?! This needs to be corrected. Now my cheque account is in a minus. This was not explained that this will happen at the bank and it is a mistake anyway. so reverse the charges.
