Charged a rediculous amount for internet banking!

Thank goodness i have been looking at my transactions very closely! I have been charged my normal monthly banking fee for current account. Usually i pay less than R5.00 per month for Internet bank fees however this month i have been charged R190.00 for internet bank fees!!!!!! Nothing unusual about my transactions!!!! If this is the case i am changing banks because im sitting on just under 400 rand of bank fees which is ridiculous!!!!!! And once again no one can assist i go from one consultant to the NEXT! disgusting that this is my second post about this bank! Cannot stop these people from taking money off when it suits them!!!
