Chargeback time

I have been struggeling three days to get a chargeback done on the following cases numbers below without any response by absa claims it wil be done within 8 hours that was not the case C-***0 C-***1 C-***5 C-***8 C-***1 C-***4 C-***4 C-***5 C-***0 C-***1 C-***6 C-***8 C-***9 C-***3
