Chargeback. no assistance

I've had a charge on my card that was not authorised. from idrive.com for R1845.78 on 19-March-2019

i've been on the phone since this morning, nobody wants to help, everyone wants to ask me the same questions.

then i get told to send an email but the email bounces every time: Your message wasn't delivered to ********** because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email.
