Charge monthly services for expired credit card

ABSA is quick to contact me regards a 56 rand balance on my creditcard and i was very happy to pay it. Yet i had to find out my credit card already expired a while ago. REALLY!!! ABSA that is pathetic. If collecting money from customers is more important than to actually delivering a service, then i ask myself, why do I have a bond, vehicle finance, credit card and transmission account with you. Maybe its time to take all my business somewhere else because i dont feel that im receiving a service from you. Same goes for your ATM's with their new software asking too many questions when i simply only like to draw money.
