I would really like to let ABSA Bank know that Chantal Williams in the Debt Review department is a star, she really knows her job and goes the extra mile without even asking her to. This girl is a real asset to your company and if she isn't a team leader yet, ask yourselves WHY NOT?? Best attitude, extremely friendly and just a joy to deal with. CASE AND POINT.. I made a comment on how great Chantal Williams is and you respond to that with a template?
