Chanique Lubbe Absa Jeffreys bay

<p>I very seldom write a review about my happenings,this sure is worth every word!</p> <p>I went into Absa bank Jeffreys bay to apply for a credit card, i was appointed to Chanique Lubbe were i explained to her what i was there for!</p> <p>She was very helpfull,she knew every step of hand,my questions were answerd straight away and so my aplication began!</p> <p>It was declined- Chanique explained to me why, and i sorted that hurdle and my aplication was declined again, now at this point all my needed documentation ,funds etc was in line for aproval, i left it to Chanique to sort it out, we ended up appying for a cheque acc with an overdraght, witch was again declined for WHO knows what reason- Chanique took it higher and by this time(day) i was in the bank from 8:30 we were back and forth,because there was no reason for credit to decline!</p> <p>Through all of this she was punctual about informing me what all the reasons were and what i need to do from my side in all the days that passed!</p> <p>Chanique then spoke to someone in management asking him why are they declineing my application- his response were "because of Higher mandate"</p> <p>Chanique did not take that as an answer,he then reduced the amount app**** for and approved!</p> <p>I need to let ABSA know what treasure works in the Jeffreys Bay branch- she knows how to be human about and follow right protocalls in her work,She deserves to be in a Higher possition in Absa,if it was not for her- i would have gone to another bank to apply for a credit card/ rellavant!</p> <p>Well done Chanique Lubbe you are a SURE asset to Absa!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Rubin Kleingeldt</p>
