Changing surname at Virgin Money CC

I have been trying to change my surname to my third and current married surname since 19 Jan.

I've had been told various stories why my name is not changed yet.

I went under debt review at the end of November and the whole process is on hold as my virgin credit card is on my previous surname and no negotiations will go on from Virgin Money credit card until my surname is updated. I have handed the needed documents in at an Absa sunninghill branch on 19 Jan. I was told to email it to FICA at virgin money.

Today my surname is still "Du Randt". Please can this be changed to "Kruger" today still. You have my ID with marriage certificate ( ********** 009089), proof of address and a copy of my Credit card.

I am sick of stories and just want this actioned!
