Changing personal details without consent

One of my work colleague forwarded emails he received regarding my personal bank account held at ABSA. Immediately I mailed ABSA regarding this as I did not change my personal details with ABSA nor did I provided consent that my details may change . Best part is that I received a call from employee of ABSA by the name of Jody whereby I was informed "that is the email on your profile on the system" I have requested proof where I changed or consented to changing my contact details without any joy . My Colleague is not even a client of ABSA. what a way to protect personal information from ABSA
