Changing my interest rate from 18.45 to 20.45

Good day<br> <br> My interest rate was changed within 2 weeks of receiving my new card. It was changed from 18.45 to 20.45 without any reason. This is my second complaint within a month. my new platinum card also looks like a silver card and not the one that I selected.<br> <br> If we cannot remedy this situation I will be looking to end all my account with them as it is to much of a hassle to deal with them<br> <br> Thanks<br>
