Changing a debit order date.

<p>I went on Pention end of April 2016 rsulting my pay date moved to the end of the month.I have change my Vehicle finance debit order last year May 2016 from the 23rd of the month to the last day of the month. This arrange ment was done three times the last 8 months telephonically and they fail to do so. Every month it is costing me paying a penalty for un sufficient funds and is giving me a bad credit rating. How can I be reimbursed for my losses and fix my credit rating.</p>
