Changes without authorisation
01.06.15 received an sms to say that i have been upgraded from a silver to a gold cheque account. Months prior i was asked if i wanted to and i continuously said NO THANK YOU, then they just go and do it without my consent.<br> Called customer services - they doing away with the silver account and upgrading everyone \at the same price"- not true. My fees were raised in Jan 2015"
